Below you can see the status of your reservation and the payments that are still to be made / or have already been made.

Depending on the time of booking, we ask you to pay the deposit, the balance due or the full amount at once (balance due)

For reservations made more than 2 months in advance, due to COVID-19 situation, our payment terms are different from the standard in the system. For your next payment please check “Payment History” and the payments with status “on hold”.

Temporary booking conditions in connection with Corona:

For reservations more than two months in advance.

  • You pay 75€ as a first deposit when booking. If you use a voucher, this will be considered as the first deposit.
  • 8 weeks before arrival we will be in contact with you about the Covid situation.
    • Based on your own estimation you can cancel and the 75€ deposit will be seen as an administration fee.
    • If you decide to go ahead with the reservation you will have to pay a second deposit to make your reservation final.
      This is 50% of the booking amount minus the 75€ or voucher value
  • 5 weeks before your arrival we will be in contact with you about the Covid situation.
    • Based on your own estimation you can decide not to pay the remaining amount and to continue the reservation to 2022 or 2023.
    • You will receive a voucher of the total down payment minus 75€ for the administration costs.
    • You decide to go ahead with the holiday and pay the remaining 50% no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Afterwards normal conditions apply

For reservations between 5-8 weeks in advance

  • You pay 50% first deposit at reservation. If you use a voucher, you have to pay the difference up to 50%.
  • 5 weeks before arrival we will be in contact with you about the Covid situation.
    • Based on your own estimation you can decide not to pay the remaining amount and to continue the reservation to 2022 or 2023.
      You will receive a voucher of the total down payment – 75€ for the administration costs.
    • You decide to go ahead with the holiday and pay the remaining balance no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Afterwards normal conditions apply

3. For reservations from 4 weeks in advance

  • You pay 100% at reservation, the cancellation conditions are unchanged
